Contact History Imports Tips and Tricks
ENTERPRISE Contact history records in Account Management can be used to track mailing lists, invitation lists, acknowledgements, pledge reminders, event attendance or committee meeting attendance among other contacts. Contacts require a date and source code and can include an optional sub-source code, follow-up flag and follow-up date. Contacts may be entered manually through Account Management on the Contacts page or can be imported through Contact History Import.
To get started, you must create a source code and optionally, sub-source code(s) . To create Source and Sub-Source Codes, you will need to access the related tables in the Table of Tables menu.
