Butler County, OH –

Butler County United Way is pleased to announce that they have been selected to host the 2017 Andar/360 Users Conference in April, 2017. This conference will bring in approximately 300-350 users of the Andar/360 software from other states as well as Canada. The conference hosting was awarded to Butler County United Way following a review of their submitted proposal by members of the Andar/360 Users Group.

Canadian-based Helix is the developer of Andar/360, an enterprise-wide CRM and donor management system with a strong focus on workplace giving. Large and small United Way organizations across the United States and Canada have chosen this software as their donor relationship management software and this annual users conference provides training, networking, and best practice opportunities between users.

The week-long conference will be held April 24 – 28, 2017. The week will begin with two days of pre-conference training sessions where users will be provided in-depth, hands-on training of the various software modules within Andar/360. The remaining three days of the week will be jammed pack full of shorter overview sessions, giving users a flavor of how the software can be used to impact their local United Way organization.

“We are excited to host the 2017 Andar/360 Users Conference,” stated Mag Baker, President and CEO of Butler County United Way. “This is a little bit out of the norm for us to coordinate an event of this type as our focus is to connect and mobilize resources to improve lives. However, another part of our impact has to do with being a strong community partner, collaborating whenever it makes sense to benefit our communities, cities, and county. Bringing that many people into Butler County for a week-long conference, to enjoy our hotel facilities, restaurants and entertainment venues will certainly have a positive effect on our local economy. “

Butler County United Way has partnered with the Butler County Visitors Bureau in the coordination of the conference. The Bureau will lend their expertise in regard to accommodations, entertainment venues, and transportation for conference attendees.

“The Butler County Visitors Bureau will be with Butler County United Way every step of the way, supporting every detail in bringing the conference to life,” said Margaret O’Gorman, Tourism Development Manager for Butler County Visitors Bureau. “We will be on hand before, during and after, acting as an extension of the conference team. We look forward to celebrating a successful event.”

The conference will be held at the Marriott Cincinnati North in West Chester, Ohio. Registrations for the conference are scheduled to open in November.

It is important to note that all expenses associated with this conference will be covered by user registration fees or other sponsor-related donations. Donor contributions to Butler County United Way are allocated to programs and initiatives that focus on education, income stability and healthy lives – considered to be the building blocks for a good quality of life.
